You had asked me several months ago about Bunnys by the Bay and I told you that the retail store didn't seem to be there any more. Good news.

I was in LaConner a couple of weekends ago and the retail store was back open as well as the museum. I didn't get to go in we were on our way to the Quiltfest at the LaConner Quilt and Textile Museum. That was a fabulous show.

Happy creativity

LaConner Washington also has a wonderful Quilt and textile museum in an amazing mansion. This museum was featured on Simply Quilts. LaConner is a small town on the water filled with artists and small interesting shops. It is well worth the leaving the highway for a day or more. It is between Seattle and Vancover Canada just west of Mt. Vernon Washington.

I sound like a commercial. *smile* I just love the charm of small towns. I lived in big cities most of my life but I am truly a country girl now.

How is your Asian Wedding quilt coming along?

have a wonderful summer
